Who is Harmony? Good question. I am a writer, a woman, a constant work in progress, and one of the biggest oxymorons that have ever lived. And this is my blog, welcome. This is the home to my musings, concerns, opinions, random thoughts, and every so often a very exhausting and lengthy rant or tirade about something or nothing at all or someone or no one at all. Nothing I say or write is what you would expect, but everything that maybe you should. I don’t have a specific topic of discussion or a theme to my blog because, well, I am not specific, I don’t like labels, and naturally I don’t like to be placed in the proverbial box. I am just me in all of my quirky, moody, “artsy,” smart, bitchy, creative, silly and random glory. Enjoy.
Were you looking for an “official bio?” Sorry. That will be posted on my official website (www.SimplyHarmony.com), whenever that finally goes live. In the meantime, here are some facts about me to hold you over until then.
- I live in Southern California.
- I come from a pretty large family.
- I love wine. Shiraz is my favorite.
- I wear funny socks.
- I am in my 30s.
- I can watch “Monster-In-Law” over and over again.
- I like to play UNO.
- I don’t know how to swim … yet.
- I have a tendency to use the word “myriad” a lot.
- I love sunflowers, lady bugs, Mariah Carey, and Alanis Morissette.
So, that’s about it for now, though I may add to that list from time to time or I may not. Either way, feel free to follow along as I share with the world my evolution blog-by-blog.
